Security Screening

The following individuals are being screened to evaluate their potential to cause physical or mental distress to Batman (in his current compromised state of mind) and his allies. Those listed have each been given a threat potential rating based on their abilities, intelligence, desire to cause harm/desire to help people unnecessarily, and whether or not their age may make Batman vulnerable to trusting and/or coddling them. (Which is a threat.) The rating system is as follows:
Level 1 💣	Complete non threat. An ally or an otherwise pathetic enemy.
Level 2 💣💣	Potential to cause some harm. Teenagers that Batman may attempt to "adopt" as they distract from more important things.
Level 3 💣💣💣	Reasonable physical threat. Possibly unhinged with some ability or skill to cause physical damage.
Level 4 💣💣💣💣	Enemy. (Still within my ability to take down, but serious threat to civilians.)
Level 5 💣💣💣💣💣	Serious threat to Batman's state of mind, ability to beat myself or Batman in a fight, potential to cause extreme loss of life, or someone who displays a total disregard for life.
